NAPCco Return Policy:
North America Phase Converter Company will accept returns within 30 days of the date of purchase. The phase converter must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging. A refund will be given through the same method as payment once the return is received and in satisfactory condition. Customers may be subject to restocking fees and/or original shipping charges. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping. A “return authorization form” must be obtained, signed, dated and returned to us before the refund is issued.
